Advanced Formula: Take one capsule daily with water, or twist open and sprinkle contents into food or drink.

Shampoo: Apply to wet hair, massage into scalp, lather, rinse, repeat if desired.

Conditioner: Apply after shampooing, leave in for 2–5 minutes, rinse.

Hair Mask: Use weekly or as often as needed after shampooing. Apply generously, leave 5–10 minutes, rinse.

Scalp Serum: Apply 2–3 drops twice daily to scalp, massage in. Can be used on dry or damp hair.
