We offer a Full Money Back Guarantee on all our products for any reason. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from your purchase date. Please follow the below steps to start your return:

  1. Submit your return request by sending an email to us at care@hairtamin.com.
  2. Be sure to include your full name as it was entered when placing your order, your order number, email address, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason (this part’s totally optional ).
  3. Please allow our Customer Care team up to 48 business hours to review and respond to your request.
  4. Once approved, you will receive a return label to send back your items. *Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost*
  5. You must return your item(s) to be eligible for a refund. 
  6. Please allow 7-10 business days once we have received your returned package to process your return.
  7. You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been completed.
  8. You will receive a refund of the purchase price of the items you’ve returned less your original shipping fees (if any) and the return shipping fees. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
